We are looking to appoint an inspirational teacher and leader of learning in EYFS, to join our dynamic senior leadership team from September 2020.
Pool Hayes Primary is a small school in Walsall and was graded as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted in February 2018. Our school has a community and family feel. We are looking for someone who will help to build on and nurture that from the very beginning of a child’s school life while simultaneously striving for high standards.
The post holder will:
Be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will contribute to the continuous improvement of the school
Be accountable to the Headteacher and Governing Body
Be responsible for the assessment, tracking and monitoring of targets across the allocated phase and area of responsibility
Have an overview of the curriculum in the allocated phase and areas of responsibility
Determine, evaluate and judge the quality of provision
Identify development priorities within the phase and subsequent areas for action
The teacher will undertake all duties required of a qualified teacher identified in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document and will undertake class teaching with a responsibility for Teaching and Learning in EYFS and phase responsibility.
Each member of staff at Pool Hayes Primary has a responsibility to promote the welfare and safeguarding of every child. The successful candidate is expected to share these views.
